Riane Fitzgerald

Riane is a Washington State native whose journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began in 2013. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2017 and has since dedicated her career to helping children and families achieve meaningful, lasting growth.

Her experience spans a variety of settings—including public schools, homes, clinics, hospitals, and community programs—where she supported children with autism spectrum disorder and emotional or behavioral challenges. Early in her career, Riane worked closely with children with emotional behavior disorders in school environments, which deepened her passion for creating inclusive, supportive spaces that empower every child to succeed.

In 2023, she founded Empowered Behavior Solutions with a clear mission: to deliver compassionate, evidence-based ABA services that not only support the child but uplift the entire family. Under her leadership, the company is redefining what quality care looks like—focusing on connection, collaboration, and confidence-building at every step.
