The BCBA

Riane is a Washington State native who has been in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2013 and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since May of 2017.

Riane got her start working with children with emotional behavior disorders in the public school system. She has worked in multiple settings providing ABA therapy, including schools, homes, clinics, and community settings such as daycares and hospitals.

She left the traditional ABA setting and started Empowered Behavior Solutions in 2023 to ensure that children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or emotional behavior disorders and their families have the confidence and skills they need to thrive.
